Pregnant! Now What?!

Answers to the most common early pregnancy questions and tips for getting through

Free! (Approx 1 Hr)

Topics Covered: It is normal to have questions and be overwhelmed by what you find on the internet. I am here to put it all in perspective and get you started in pregnancy in a safe and reliable way. So many couples come into the office asking "What do I need to know?" This class was designed by myself, a prenatal care provider, to tell you what you need to know to get you started on your pregnancy journey. I aim to set you up for success by getting you thinking about your health, its implications for your pregnancy, and by encouraging conversation with your provider. We discuss medication usage, diet and exercise, exposure risks, concerns such as zika in pregnancy, as well as what to expect at your prenatal care visits and a review of the genetic tests available in pregnancy.

This class does not take the place of your prenatal care appointment. Please bring all of your immediate health concerns to the attention of your provider.
